1. Shipping Coverage

  • We offer free shipping across India on all orders.
  • All shipments are handled by trusted logistics partners and are insured during transit.
  • While we aim for timely delivery, delays due to courier issues or unforeseen circumstances may occur.

2. Delivery Timeline

  • In-stock products: Delivered within 7–10 business days
  • Made-to-order / Pre-order products:
    • Production time: 10–15 days
    • Polishing, quality check & dispatch: 5–7 days
    • Delivery: 3–5 days

👉 Total estimated delivery: 15–25 days (depending on product type & location)

3. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
  • You will receive order updates and tracking details once your order is shipped.

4. Delivery & Inspection

  • We strongly recommend inspecting the product at the time of delivery.
  • Before accepting the delivery, ensure there is no visible damage.
  • By accepting the shipment, you acknowledge that the product has been received in good condition.

5. Transit Damage Policy

  • If your product arrives damaged, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Please share clear images/videos of:
    • The damaged product
    • Outer packaging

6. Freight & Liability

  • Once the order is handed over to the shipping partner, delivery timelines are subject to their operations.
  • Meuble India is not liable for delays caused by external logistics partners, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Failed Delivery / Refusal

  • If a shipment is refused at delivery or delivery attempts fail due to customer unavailability:
    • Re-shipping charges may apply
    • Refunds (if applicable) may be adjusted after deducting shipping and handling costs
